Personal Training Leadville/Lake County

Individual and small group sessions that are designed for regular folks to feel great and ready to take on their next adventure. I’ll bring my bands and dumbbells to you.

Cost: varies by location but each session runs 50-minutes. Bring a friend and split the cost! Max 3 people per session. If you have a larger group, reach out and we can find a space that will accommodate everyone.

Online 1:1 Coaching

Want someone to walk by your side on this health journey with empathy, real talk, and fresh ideas? 1:1 online coaching includes 3 weekly personalized workouts based on your likes/dislikes and equipment, weekly habit check-ins (this is the magic in my opinion), and monthly video calls with yours truly.

Cost -$150 for an initial 6-week cycle which includes a 45-minute intro call to get to know each other and make sure that you’re moving safely then two additional 20-minute calls to keep consistency and motivation high during this early phase.

After the onboarding period, you can pay monthly for $75/month or quarterly for $195. One 20-minute 1:1 video chat included each month because nothing makes me happier than getting to sit down with you and check-in in real time.

Every Body Adventures is about getting every body strong and capable so you can go and enjoy all of life’s grand adventures. It’s a big world and we shouldn’t sit around waiting to experience it until we fit a certain mold. Adventure is for all of us.

I’m not here for the hardcore. I’ll never suggest cutting out this or doing two-a-days. I believe in the slow and steady approach and I’d rather see you do a little something on a regular basis than huge workouts until you burn out. We’re here for a good time!
